The Prime Evils represent the three most powerful demonic entities in existence. Diablo (Terror), Mephisto (Hatred), and Baal (Destruction) emerged from three of Tathamet's seven heads. These three dominate all other evil forces and drive the eternal conflict through their unrelenting assault on Heaven and Sanctuary.

Mephisto - The Lord of Hatred

Mephisto manipulates through subtlety and corruption. His methods involve seduction, division, and betrayal rather than direct combat. Mephisto's strength lies in psychological warfare and the cultivation of networks of influence.

Baal - The Lord of Destruction

Baal represents raw power unconstrained by subtlety. Where Diablo calculates and Mephisto manipulates, Baal simply annihilates. Baal's ambition transcends the conquest of Sanctuary—it seeks the obliteration of all existence.
